In formation for approximately five years, 806 Main St. has settled on a line-up that has created the band's definitive sound. Each member brings to the table different musical backgrounds and influences, but as a group they have managed to mesh their individual styles into an indie/folk/experimental blend. Over the past year, the band has honed its sound, putting in endless hours at a homemade studio in its home town of Vincennes. It has also put together a tight live performance by taking advantage of every opportunity to play out. And, in doing so, has also gained a sizable following in its area. As for the future of 806 Main St, the band plans on continuing its push to play more and more shows and continue to enjoy making music.
